Our pricing is plain and simple. It is based on the time required to implement your home automation solution. You can purchase the smart devices you want or, if you prefer, we can help you choose the devices and procure them for you.

We determine the time required to complete a professional installation with no hidden costs or surprises. Upon receiving your approval we proceed with the installation. The price includes a tutorial on the system utilized & the Smart Application.

We also design and install Home Safety systems for "Aging in Place" and "Disability Accessibility" to help Seniors and persons with disabilities live independently. Please see the "Home Safety" page for more details.

The installation comes with 30-day complimentary technical support. All products installed are protected by the respective manufactures' warranty.
